Why does everyone expect imminent news?  What is the basis of this expectation?  Just because they did a christmas eve release last year does not mean they will do it again.  I read that someone called IR and they said some news was coming but we just had a news release which really was nothing.  We all know at CMK that no news is bad news.

Big picture here is these guys inflated expectations to create a pay day for themselves.   All the insider trades validate this.  They sold early this year when many people were buying - why would you sell if you thought your stock is going higher.  They knew all the 1M tonnes for 2011 and 3M for 2012 were BS.  When the stock dropped later in 2011 no insiders bought - why??

Also, what does it say to the investing community when mgmt has a ton of options at $3 and then issues more at approx $1.50 6 months later.  It says mgmt does not beleive the stock will hit $3 any time soon.

When is the AGM this year.  Make sure your brokerage settings ensure you get the proxy mailings to vote out the board.  I will be shocked if they guys produce more that 500K tonnes this yr.  Lets not be Charlie Brown's here and run for the football that Lucy (ie cline mgmt) is holding as you know we will fall flat on our backs again.

Why??? Why don't you read there latest new releases. For one, they should have 200,000 tons produced by December 31st and the blue seam should be permitted and ready to go. That's why!

Yes and the longwall study was supposed to be ready this summer and we were supposed to have customer contracts 6 months ago.  Like I said what is the basis for the expectation ?  Expecting cmk to do a press release on promised deliverables will ensure you fall flat on your back.  Can I conclude then that there is no tangible reason for someone to expect a press release?

There is an expectation because their deadlines for may objectives is December 31st.

Hello, a fellow mentioned something about a long wall, if you go to clines site and read you will see that they are only getting an enginering study on doing a long wall in 2014 if everything else goes well, if you read you will see that the enginering report is to be completed JANUARY 2012   to funny

Regardless of a proper NR, has anyone contacted the company in the last week or so and recieved any information at all on their progress to-date? Does anyone have any contacts at TK or at the mine which could provide any info from a personal perspective? Cheers...

pastafagoli, noticed your post re: frustration with the co mgt.  If you are serious re: vote out the board send me a pm and we can chat about a strategy around this.  The issue will be to approach alternate individuals who would be willing to stand as board members and clean up the mess referred to in your note.  AGM will likely be in mid April and so annual report and proxy's
