Northguy53!....

if some of you guys really think that a company like BHP or some other large coal player is going to buyout CMK, I got a bridge to sell you....who the heck is going to buy some old coal mine that is leased mainly from the Colorado State Wildlife Deptment...are you kidding?....NO KIDDING!...

Elefentman:  Where is this bridge?  Let me know how much you want for it, I may be interested, but only if it is on leased land? I like your self portrait.  Now we know why you are behaving like a child, because you are one.

Assumably NorthGuy does what he says, deep DD in the companies where he invests in. I know both GCE and WTN have (had) coal mines on land leases too. That's one of the reasons they have to pay royalties for the coal they dig up. So would it be a catastrophe when CMK has land leases? Twister

The tarsands are leased from the province of Alberta.

Not sure why you would say that. In the states very little coal minerals are owned by mining companies. Most are still held by the land owners. I never sold mine. I will never sell mine. I am presently leasing minerals in the states for coal and tar sands. Not one lease is a corp. all of them are individual land owners and I am talking over 50,000 acres.
