Nothing left to say.

The bashers appear to be tapped out of new and innovative ways to criticize this company.  The regurgitation of old themes arise to the fore as if they were now somehow unique, by merely rearranging the content of their previous posts.  "Red flags" appearing to be the most comical of the bunch, correlating the lack of alcohol consumption in the town to somehow reflect a lack of production, or, the absence of line-ups at the laundry mat  as being a technical indicator.  Whilst the patient longs are subjected to this dribble, realizing the lack of substantive evidence, we endure, sometimes questioning our own resolve.  We look at our statements, and the loss of our capital and in our time of introspection ask why am I still here, subjecting myself to this pain and anguish.  How did something so positive go so wrong?  Am I a victim to my own psychology? We did our due diligence, studied the charts, and made our bets.  Are they going to run out of capital?  Is there going to be more dilution? Why don't we have more news?  It never seems to end.

I am not going to tell you that the end is near, but, I will tell you that the beginning of the end is.

The fact is this managment and operations team are giving the bashers and shorters a hay-day on this equity. It's going to be May in 3 x weeks......7 x weeks until 2012 is half over already and not a word...........this will be a year and half since the production NR....nothing to write home about....so sad. I have sent numerous emails to Cline and they NEVER respond. That tells me everything I need to know to make a definitive decision about this investment.

about emailing the company, i can understand its frusturating, but depending on your questions, they might not be able to give any information to anyone until its becomes public.   for instance, you cannot ask them if they have any signed contracts yet...

ckstar83....that is not the issue at all, this issue is they don't even return any calls. I called twice myself and got the receptionist were told I would recieve a call back......but no call.

So.....are we being set up for another $1.25 financing?
Comment by pastafagoli on Apr 05, 2012 4:40pm
Let me assure you that if this POS company needs more money (remember the financing last yr, 50 M in debt and 40M sale of a property) were not supposed to happen the price will not be $1.25 but rather .50 - .75 MAX. What did bates do before this - does he even know what coal looks like ? I love the video posted on their website last year where they say production is going very well.  That ...more

I hope that there is someone there that can represent the long suffering investors on the board here. Please ask the tough questions and get some real answers about what is happening at the mine and the state of potential customers. Please get an answer as to why they are perpetually hiding information. And they are hiding it no question about it.

Not only don't they return emails, when I was at PDAC, their booth was twice completely unmanned. Their neighbours of Zimtu were occupying their table, as nobody kept an eye on the CMK-booth.   They should be embarrassed.

I agree, I was there as well, at the time I visited on the tuesday, their booth was manned  by two female representatives. The one young lady knew next to nothing about the company prospects, the other lady (malato) was rude, indifferent, and  was obviously not interested in answering my questions, probably did not take me seriously because I was not wearing a suit, and was ...more
