With all this bamboozling coming out of the half-baked announcements by the company if and when they are, shorts think they have a crystal ball and can swing with impunity; but never underestimate that foxy little man called Bates. This man started with nothing and he almost built a mine, say almost because it's not finished yet.But we hope...
