unexpected....how about a 50% SP decline in 5 days. Was that expected?

Like I speculated previously, there's a chance that Bates will deliver a sales contract in time for the AGM. Even at cost or slightly at a loss, it will help with the cash flow as they fully develop the mine. Also, if they are indeed in need of additional financing, I'm hoping that Bates is on the phone with Mitsui for a bridge loan. Remember Bates and Mitsui share a long history

you miss the point the shareholders provided majority of the monies to bring this project to life but got burnt from incompetency in coal mining applications
