Anyone have any reasons why Cline is always near the top of actively traded stocks on the TSX?  Obviously a great deal of interest given that statistic and there isnt that many outstanding shares compared to a lot of other companies.

Low stock price with a large underlying resource make it the perfect spec play, with the side benefit of being a potential takeover target all contribute to this phenomenon.
