A tactical withdrawal is the safest way for survival. It may be necesary for the company in order to survive to make a tactical withdrawal. This is the proven tactic in war. And I would recommend that the company do just that. When market forces are going against you, you can not be a hero or you'll end up a zero. Heroes turn into zeroes unless you're a good tactician.
