Its over!

50 million in debt,  70,000 tons of coal that been sitting unsaleable in a pile for about  a year now.  Management that couldn't find the door.  Oh the resource, well it may as well be on Mars.  I had 340,000sh at one time in this POS.  I sold the last 74,000 at Market this morning.  I am not going to look back as the stocks I have been buying are up 50-60% in the last 3 weeks.   Win some lose some.  Too bad Bates killed this mine.  Way pass time to move on.

For  years Bates cleverly  put lipstick on this pig, riding the upcycle in coal stocks, raising  millions of dollars and still could not put this coal mine into production. The supercycle in commodities is over and so is CMK future with Bates at helm. At this point, who would finance CMK now? .........No one IMO.

Mraz should be fired. He is mostly to be blamed for overseeing operations at the mine which took 1-1.5 years too long. We here in the west certainly could use some of that Japanese accountability where the chairman or the CEO bows to the public, says sorry and resigns. Just look at RIM and the wealth destruction there. The same BOD were elected at the AGM yesterday. Shameful!!!!   I hope ...more
