Buy, Sell or Hold?

Here're my two cents.

The volume yesterday and so far today tells me that the market does believe that there are real assets at NECC to be sold.

The volatility is the SP is the market trying to determine what the fair price is of that asset.

What I see happening in the next little while is the SP stabilizing. When the market determines what that price is it will also determine the risk premium for holding the stock all the while the clock continues it's countdown. Then the SP will move inversely to the amount of time left on the clock. If you want to buy, you may want to wait for this to stabilize as even then the market will be expecting a huge premium. JMHO

Ark, I disagree with you that the share price movement means there are real assets at NECC. This stock doubled in price from $.16 to $.33 in two weeks back in late Oct. 2012 based on nothing substantial. In fact, the catalyst back then was that pathetic sales presentation on Cline's website. This is a classic pump and dump. Don't be the last guy holding this stock.

Not this time pal. CMK will be sold. The only question remained is what is the fair value for CMK which is reflectint on sp now. My wild guess is 50cents take all.

There you go. Looks like the SP has stabilized at 0.14-0.15 range whichs gives a marketcap of $30 mil. So, as I've noted previously looks like the $100 mil. is the breakeven for a sales price. Based on this, I'd venture to guess that the market expects a sale price of something north of $150 mil. JMHO

soory but my price of 0.325 is a fire sale price bringing the market cap to only $60 million which is a very low ball frie fire sale price ...likely to be higher way higher than my firesale price
