rts & warrants
I called to get these nagging ? settled . In summary the rghts will not be tradable the exercise date will be determined from a cut off date no word on amount of time to exercise the rght .The warrant is a separate issue and upon meeting the requirements they will be automatically converted to cs and given to you at that point you can trade them away if you so choose . Nothing false, I guess you could ask the same question about post that cause mass hysteria. i have been a shareholder off and on for many years and Cline is not going away any time soon.
