Hi . Cline is in the midst of going under with another co. which is mostly a lender , doing what they feel is necessary to recoup their loses . The plan they have outlined is on Clines web site you should read it .It's in a Dec 27th 2012 news release .  Basically they have given an option to themselves to takeover the co. and hugely diluting the co. share structure. I am surprised IR would respond like this to shareholders........They are basically very negative on Cline, there customer that pays them to provide a service....did you make this up or something???
