As for as people buying or selling on the anticipation of news, maybe Flicks comments made people do just that. Personally I don't think he should have sent that e-mail out. I understand that shareholders want to know but there has been an unreasonable amount of hype regarding this well. Imagine how many e-mails Flick received in the past week?! Being the sacrificial IR guy is a job I certainly do not envy. You get roasted for saying too much. You get roasted for saying too little. imo
