RE:Buy...I agree I kick myself for not selling at 8.75, I think they may have turned the corner but i am waiting to for results have a nice little nest egg and if it falls to your range i will be buying in for the flip it seems to be the only way to play this congrats on your pre hopefully they do well on the offer
