Haha, I don't care for Jean Cherest, but I bought 60 more at 150... over doubling down on my previous 40 at 129...

I like the idea of getting in when the yeild is like 1.9 and as it seems like the historical average is 1.6ish... with the growth announced yesterday I'm getting 2.07 for the next 12 months maybe 2.3-2.4 next announcement in 12 months time...

Am I wrong to think this will be 170 in a month or 2, 180-185 by the summer?
