COS management look like genius NOT, rather then negotiate a fair price in good markets they run the company into the ground with a series of poor management practices to the point they loose investor confidence, and market confidence in the stock. The entire board should be thrown out on their heels for letting this happen. SUNCORS move is a desperation move if management would engage us and negotiate a win win deal that makes sense for both companies. They are simply exposing more management failure and who knows if there hasn't been other offers for COS?
