better sentiment of COS shareholders

better sentiment of COS shareholdersOne or two months ago, the sentiment of COS shareholders were horrible... COS SP plummeted to 5.61$ on Aug 24. Some wealth mgt cos (is it Goldmann Sachs ?) came out and predicted oil price will reach 30 s. It appeared since last two weeks, what I heard was "oil has bottomed...oil price will reach 60 (some even said 70) by end of 2015..." Many people had been sitting on the sideline waiting for oil's downwide trend to fully reversed and planned to plunge in... With these sort of sentiment change in oil investors, do COS shareholders still want to sell its co ? Note that COS is upstream player, so its SP rise due to oil price increase will be far substantial than SU, so SU 0.25 exchange will be hard to chase to keep pace with COS SP increase with oil...I forgot what was COS historical SP when oil was 60, 70 and 75 USD...
