Even if COS BOD is willing to recommend an unfair low ball bid, there is no guarantee that SU will get 2/3 votes with their low-ball offer .. I think if SU comes up with a fair bid (more than the 0.32 SU bid in Apr 2015) and COS BOD somehow mess it, then yes take the flight to oust them..... It is clear that COS BOD regard 0.32 SU bid as unfair to reject it in Apr, so more or less SU as well as other suitors know the min offer ... It is just there is this "crazy" Williams who came up with a 0.25 SU offer in Oct... I will say it is Williams who blow SU opportunity in coming up with a 0.25 SU offer which is so obviously no-ball and unfair !
