SU CEO might have used the wrong tactic of 0.25 SU bid

SU CEO might have used the wrong tactic of 0.25 SU bidMost people are criticising SU bid of 0.25 SU as low ball (some even said no ball) , unfair and opportunistic, Have SU CEO used the wrong tactic this Monday ? If the terms of hostile takeover this Monday was say 12 C$ cash, I am sure most critic will be on COS Management as to why not take up 12 $ which is higher than Apr friendly bid price and is cash with big premium... The thing in SU proposal being unfair is it is using the basis of last 30 days price of COS ...very opportunistic as to taking the period closest to COS lowest SP of 5.6 C$... Had SU CEO been less opportunistic and offer something which appears fairer, then the pressure will be on COS Mgt to recommend it.... Now most people side with saying low-ball deal and COS Mgt can easily just build on from this low-ball unpopularity.
