RE:RE:RE:RE:Other Bidders For COS:Williams only has himself to blame for ruining this takeover .... Had he followed up his Apr 0.32 SU offer with an offer of 0.35 SU in Oct 5 2015, the chance of COS BODand 2/3 shareholders turning down the offer is slim.. You are right, I think "grudge" got into Wiliams way of being turned down in Apr, and together with his ego, he let firesales concept ruined his moves.... A good CEO should be mellow enough but his EQ needs improvement ! COS CEO and BOD will be laughing now because I think all of them felt humiliated at the 0.25 SU offer!
