Why do you feel CPG has bottomed out??
There is no indication that the negative atitude towards energy shares has recently changed, until that happens these shares will waffle around.
CPG could very easily make anouther leg down and start trading in a lower range.
Just wait for a clear and positive turnaround.
Many traders who have lost a lot of $$ are itching to get back in to recover their losses.
Patience will be rewarded.
