Kenney doesn't seem to understand leasingA lease is a contract to pay a certain amount over a certain time period. Once it's signed you can cancel it, of course. But there's the small matter of liquidated damages which usually means paying out the remaining balance on the lease. I'm not sure cancelling a $3.7 billion contract is a smart move.
