You might like Mr Scheer even less. One possible move by the Liberals would be to revamp the corruption legislation by changing the mandatory govt contract ban from 10 years to a flexible timespan. This would reduce the job loss at SNC and perhaps prevent them from leaving Quebec.The optics of such a move wouldn't be great, of course, except in la belle province.
