The big question would be who could come in and take over management? Takes time and effort to assemble an alternative slate. My guess is no one serious enough to step up. The next logical and more likely scenario is a complete takeover. This outcome would not recognize fair value but this would likely have the support of all institutional clients who are likely just as fed up by now. As I have mentioned to IR and conveyed to management in the past, the lack of urgency will be their undoing. I can see a private equity fund stepping up and privatizing and floating years later for a triple.
