my five centssince the usa and Canada are oil rich
Here is what might happen
North America could stop all oil from the middle east and where ever else

Give the producers a flat 50 bucks a barrell , they pay all taxes royalties etc as is the case now

Goverment sets retail price at 60.oo
money raised goes to pay off the  covid 19 debt
