The Selling Shareholder = Shell Canada Energy or its affiliates or their respective permitted assignees (collectively, the “Selling Shareholder” or “Shell”, as applicable)
So while they have the ability to issue shares here, it's more likely they are just allowing Shell to get out of their position by selling to someone else.
