It's possible to have some big things happen in Q4 this year.  It depends on the debt-to-cashflow ratio.  It'll be Q4 2021 or Q1 2022. 

What's with all the exclamation points?

SO they have to REDUCE DEBT by $954.1 million {~ $360M was already DONE in Q2/2021} BEFORE they INITIATE returns to shareholders !!!
