RE:RE:RE:Buybacks - JanLook at the financial statements. As of Q3 there were 563.5MM basic shares outstanding and 567.4MM diluted. 

Looks to be 4 million shares for options, warrents, and convertibles. I haven't dug into it, but I bet most of the 4 million are stock options.

You can look at the last GM meetings and it will list annual grants to executives and directors along with breakouts of share-based and stock-option based compensation.

Pretty much for any public company if you have finance questions, the finances posted on the companies website are the best place to look.
