RE:RE:Return
Marty47, On the bullboard webpage for each company you can click on the "Insiders" button near the top right of the page.  The insiders information shows all the purchases made by CPG (and other insiders) for each day.  The information gets updated monthly 6 or 7 days after the start of each month.  So there is complete information for October and November for CPG buybacks, but nothing for December until early January.  In October CPG bought $1M worth of shares for each of the 21 trading days for 1.9 M total shares bought back over the month.  In November CPG bought $2.5M worth of shares for each of 11 trading days and $1.3M worth of shares for each of 9 trading days for 3.9 M total shares bought back during the month.  They appear to adjust the amount the spend on these purchases based on how oil price is doing to achieve their stated objectives for return of free cash to shareholders.
