RE:RE:India Goes for Canadian CrudeVLCC stands for Very Large Crude Carrier. I have listened to the back and forth between the daisy sniffers and the people that actually know what they're talking about for years now and NO.....there will never be VLCCs in Vancouver Harbour. Smaller tankers will be used escorted by tugs in and out.
