There should be lots of news by the time the AGM rolls around. Trulance should be resolved and a new distribution deal should be inked. Looks like no generic version of absorica is coming must be too costly to compete Covid May have helped. That leaves Sun an opportunity to drive up revenue in the mean time and revenue for Cipher should continue quarter over quarter hopefully changing analysts estimates for the next few quarters.

Could it be that Cipher is a takeover target? Some funny stuff going on with the share price.  Everytime it looks like the share price wants to go north someone is walking it back. Also not every order execution shows up.  I believe it was on monday that I placed a buy order (1900 limit $1,17) it got executed right away (100@1,16 and 1800@1,17), only the 100 buy showed up, but

See what happened? Upwards movement of the share price and suddenly out of nowhere a large $1.13 ask appears. Hahaha!

Any way of knowing if Cipher is executing on their share buy back program?

They have bought any as far as filings. I don't expect them too, but it would be nice for the share price. Something is up thought keep an eye on the bids there changing by the hour.
