Stay Away!

CPX trading at all time highs! Earnings don't cover the dividend and CPX is NOT a growth company. IF I were the board and management, I would have issued a billion dollars at CPX's current price but I would not buy it personally. CPX common stock price has no where to go but down from here....take a good look at its chart. Certainly not worth 24X forward earnings.
