I don't think it's anything specific to CPX. The whole group of utility stocks came off. They are "interest sensitives" because they carry debt to build out new projects. As IR go up so does their cost of carrying that debt. IF IR have now basically peaked I think you will see these begin to move up as a) the worst of IR hikes might be behind us and b) they
