Its operations include liquid-rich natural gas and light oil production from the siltstone Montney formation. At up to 300 meters thick, the Montney is developed with long-reach horizontal wells, completed with water-based fracture stimulations. It holds a land base of over 264,000 net acres, out of which approximately 225,000 net undeveloped acres in the Montney with condensate, light oil, liquids-rich natural gas and dry gas.

RE:RE:Grossly overpaid executives and BODirectorsMany in the Canadian O&G industry have needed to take pay cuts or receive lower bonuses in order to keep working. Certainly, many guys aren't making the money they did in the 2010-2014 boom period. Investors are right to question Executive compensation when it becomes detached from company or share price performance. Compensation at certain levels, Particularly high levels, should be incentive based. Seeing that Bussa as Chairman makes 160K per year and also holds multiple similar roles with multiple companies makes me wonder how much time he spends on Crew and if the value he adds is commensurate to his salary.
