RE:Reason VS Emotion

RE:Reason VS EmotionI agree with you that increased production in the US could spoil anticipated gains expected due to anticipated associated Gas declines. The market keeps going up and up and it could face a reckoning come earnings season. I've been scaling out of other positions but I still think the medium term trajectory is up for Oil and the market in general because interests rates are zero or negative and the whole thing is rigged. Medium term, meaning 2-3 years, shale is done, done like dinner and that's because it is not profitable at 50 dollar oil or even 65 dollar oil. The Yanks haven't run their Businesses in depression mode like Albertans, they will feel the pain from lack of investment, though that's not going to affect things as much over the next 6-12 months.
