RE:RE:Any estimates on what these sale Lands are worth?The fact that likely none of us even knew that they had these lands ( I didn't & i've studied the company) shows that they have assets in reserve that they can monetize which materially changes the balance sheet position.
On the lowest of the low end, $37M chunks off a lot of debt. It's also .24c a share, which is pretty much the stock price at the moment..and for what, some lands that barely anyone even knew they had.
Be nice if they sell all for $75+M & bring that debt down to $225M.. post infra #2 sale.
