Secondly, not sure if anyone is putting much thought/weight into the WFH movement, but I can tell you it is real for small/mid sized business and select big boys, ie Shopify and other big names.
Most large corporations are moving to a hybrid model, so lots of ac use from home, while office towers etc continue to run and required min set temps.
the trend is still developing as leases come up for expiry. Many will go back, like me. But the trend says nat gas consumption going up.....
