RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Punished for no asset sales / no debt reduction. Today was a rough day for everyone. That is an understatement. Was likely predictable that cash flows would be down due to lower nat gas prices vs Q1. Volume held up in spite of Spring break. Too bad about Maintenance outages in Q3.
The good news is that commodity prices are strong with nat gas and c3's c4's etc
Condensate will also regain its mojo Other than outages production is on an ascending trajectory and costs will come down.
Investors still do not appreciate that due to efficient drilling (silt)and low decline rates Crew has as high or even higher recycle ratio than competitors who may have higher condensate content.
Recycle rates determine future profits. Those profits are still there unfortunately either we wait till they are demonstrated or we can hope some fortuitous intervening event will arise.
It looks like the world is hell bent to get rid of crude and oil. That leaves nat gas and fairy dust.
I am betting on nat gas so hell no I don't want Crew to sell land.
