Drilling Update on New 7 Well Pad
It appears that Crew has finished drilling its first well on the new 7 well pad at Septimus. The well surface locations on that pad are 09-05-082-20W6, A09-05, B09-05, C09-05, D09-05, E09-05, F09-05. The wells are being drilled eastward to bottom hole locations in section 3-82-20W6.
The well CREW HZ WILDER F09-05-082-20W6 was spud on July 24, 2002 and the rig was released on August 6, 2020. The D09-05 and E09-05 wells are showing a status of having been spudded as of August 10, 2020.
The sales pipeline to the pad appears to have been built already, so once completed they can be quickly be tied-in.
The first well was drilled in approximately 13 days which is impressive. Using that time-line for drilling, the remaining 6 wells should be drilled in the next 80 days.
I am encouraged by Crew's agressive approach to capture value from the anticipated increase in natural gas pricing in 2021.
Exciting times ahead, fingers crossed.

Thanks Beattheodds. This is amazing news. These wells should significantly increase production when nat gas prices will be significantly higher. Where do you get such information? Keep sharing any updates.

GONAT you can find the info on the BOE Report website if you choose Activity map from the drop down menu and search for Crew Energy. Crew's new wells are being drilled up against CNRL's lands...oh oh!
