RE:Medicaid - reference most recent conference call transcriptIt's unfortunate that there is so much nonsense published lately about CRH. Medicare and Medicaid paid colonoscopies are basically public service procedures provided by GI specialists. If the gov't were to materially cut payments, GI specialists could stop performing the procedures and fill the slots with higher paid services.
Someone made the comment about weak eps last Q. Beacon has gotten it right; cash flow is the big deal here. The entire Beacon report is very well done except that CNRA procedures are reimbursed generally at a lower rate, which is a plus for CRH.
And forget digitel. He's got a big bee in his bonnet for some unknown reason, probably that he didn't invest here years ago and make a small fortune. His bad, but his posting reflect a huge lack of balance. He'll even post things which he thinks are against CRH, but are really actually positives for CRH - a complete lack of perspective on his part.
CRH is one of the most reliable performers on the exchange, with very predictable and growing cash flow, plus regular and equally predictable acquisitions. In some ways, this is the perfect investment.
