Peter Imhof - Video and Transcript/My Thoughts
see below for what was exactly said.

if you buy a stock at $3.50 and it runs to $12, he clearly took his money and exited as it was on the way down. i can't see the same happening for institutional owners who were in CRH at much higher ACBs. we will see what institutional holdings look like once SEC 13Fs are filed for the September 30th end.

instutitonal players need to see the dust settle here...it will take some time

so we exited this story. we were big bulls on the story. we were in on it at $3.50 or so.

the stock went up to $11 and now it's just come back because of, you know, more stock specific things where the government isn't reimbursing as much as they would have thought they were. so that's something that's out of their hands.

and then the multiple compression - i think there was a couple of short reports on it as well, and you know in Canada, often times when there's short reports on these companies people sell first and ask questions later.

so it's in the doldrums here as i said we exited it at much higher prices. had a lot of faith in management team but it was something that's a bit out of their control and then once you tend to get a couple of X's against the management team people don't give you the benefit of the doubt. and now i think it might be a little bit oversold...

i think they were marketing earlier this week but i did not see them.
