RE:Is this business model broken?

RE:Is this business model broken? It snot broken at all.  Govt just took away 2 payment codes that will reduce their earnings yet those projected numbers have already been made clear by the CEO.  He was slightly off when the news first broke out and has  now restated the affects and potential hit to EBIDTA and earnings.  CEO also stated no dilution and company buy back program will kick in another week and throughout all of 2018 up until 2018.  The challenge will be the continued if any 51% buy out of clinics as their lower PPS will make that a challenge.  Just hope they dont dilute which doesnt look lik ethey will.
