Buy-backs will return

Probably the company delayed buying back its stock, either due to a pending new acquisition and/or waiting for the Summer season when the stock is weak, in order to minimize costs. The Spring sell off may have started early this year but i am pretty sure the co is cognizant of the fact that we are entering the dolldrum season of the Spring and Summer where the stock is weak.
