RE:RE:hope springs eternalThis is exactly what i have been saying on this board about predicting the future; these so called analysts or pundits , if you prefer, try to make predictions about the market as if they were dealing with natural events and not human affairs. Their mistake: applying the method of natural sciences to economics and the markets. The path is strawn with intellectual corpses who tried to predict the future and they and their dissartations went up in smoke. But they make predictions anyway because they want to sell their wares to an unsuspecting public; watch them on BNN every day and pay attention to their self-righteous pomposities about the market and the stocks they promote. It is difficult to predict market events because there are too many variables you must take into account as the reduction of reinbursement rates by the US government and so on. Bear in mind that markets and market theories are not science, at best they are witchcrafts; so go figure. GL
