RE:Why????????

RE:Why????????If I may. My sympathies are with you guy; The reason they sold, I think, is because with the small acquisitions would take forever to build the company. I suggested some time ago that they introduce a dividend and boost the price up, issue stock at higher price and make bigger acquisitions and thus expand their foot in the market. My suggestion likely fell on deaf ears primarily that the present Board is made up of doctors and not businessmen, or so called " venture capitalists" and they do not take risks. The previous CEO was not a doctor and he was more of a risk taker. This CEO is a scientist, a doctor, not an entreprener. And as Bismark said once " if you want to destroy a country put a scientist in charge" So the only alternative they had was to transfer their assets to a bigger entity, and as Monty, rightly suggested, go with Well, you have a better chance for quicker growth than with CRH alone. Myself got out of it just before the plunge and got into oil, made big bucks but I may re-enter Well because CRH will be frofitable under the new co. Good luck and do not despair.
