I'm talking about the CEO Edward Wright buying back shares on the open market. Not to mention Bear, Kregerr and the rest of management. I'm not talking about options and shares they receive as part of their compensation. Any good mgmt personally buys shares in their company when they feel its undervalued. It shows shareholders that they are confident in the company's future and aligns their positions with the shareholders since we all have a personal financial interest in the company doing well. If the company does poorly I wan't mgmt to feel the same pain I am. Many good companies have it as a requirement that mgmt must own a certain amount of shares personally. Some set this at 1 years salary or something like that.
