Yo guys, just look at the most recent 10-K: Statement of Changes in Equity

- Shares repurchased between Jan. 1, 2018 and Dec. 31, 2019: 2.86 million
- Shares issued for stock-based comp., Jan. 2018 and Dec. 31, 2019: 1.53 million

So they are repurchasing on a net basis, but the net progress is slow because of shares issued for stock options and vesting of units for executives.
