The losses on the gold swap are simply the cost of CRK increasing production by 500% - the greater the swap losses, the more successful and profitable the acquision of the Stawell and Fosterville gold mines is for shareholders.  In my opinion, UBS needs 11.25t of gold to make good on some of what they have stolen from the allocated accounts in Zurich so the only way CRK was going to get the money to pick up the gold mines is if CRK paid the vig to UBS in cold hard cash. Cost of dong business.  Lets give management credit at least getting the the swap is priced in a hard fiat, AUD.  Think of the losses if CRK was getting japanese yen for their gold production instead.
