Another piece of puzzle. China as the new US

Another piece of puzzle. China as the new USWhen that happens, the US dollar as world currency goes down, the yuan becomes the leading currency if not world currency, based on gold, and gold goes way up.

That is what CRK and minority shareholders need to win big. Not a merger with NGN which is irrelevant, meaningless, stupid, harmful to CRK and minority shareholders of CRK, and wrong.

There is absolutely no reason for NGN and the merger with it at all, which is all a give away to NGN to be the basis of more mergers and acquisitions.

Mergers and acquisitions benefit the buyer in this case NGN and not the seller Luxor and minority shareholdes of CRK.

That violates Luxor's open letter to minority shareholders of 2012 not to do that to CRK and minority shareholders without a vote where the majority of the minority shareholders have to agree to it which they never will.

WITHOUT A VOTE !!!!!!!!!

A merger is a buy out and should never be friendly if not to the interest of the target which is CRK and should be protecting itself by a poison pill or something, a larger part of that is, the majority shareholder, which is Luxor, sees the stupidity of the buyout and not helping CRK and shareholders whether minority or majority, and doesn’t sell out its majority shares. It is?
From FP comments on the sale in merger phraseology.
'FP says Newmarket in friendly merger with Crocodile'
2015-05-12 07:16 ET''

"The Financial Post reports in its Tuesday, May 12, edition that Newmarket Gold and Crocodile Gold announced a friendly $190-million merger on Monday that will give Newmarket control over most of the combined board and management. The Post's Peter Koven writes that Crocodile is an established gold producer in Australia, while Newmarket is little more than a shell company. However, Newmarket boasts some very big names on its board, including Lukas Lundin, Randall Oliphant (of New Gold) and Raymond Threlkeld (of Rainy River Resources). Newmarket's plan is to use the Crocodile mines as a platform to buy more gold assets under the "Newmarket" name. Newmarket chief executive officer Doug Forster says: "There is lots of competition for assets, but that's why we put this team together. ... Assets are not going to walk through our door. They will be found with our deep relationships in the capital markets and in the mining sector.""

So why in effect sell CRK which is what a merger is essentially because Luxor agrees to it and NGN's management now deciding how CRK is runned, which is not in the interest of CRK or minority or majority shareholders anymore, but to make more acquisition. Why and for who's interest. All we know it is not for CRK's, Luxor's or minority shareholders' interest. Why?

It's for big money interest, I guess including Luxor who has the most shares still if conceding to hurting CRK, it's shares, accomplishments and the benefit of them going into a new china gold era as an independent and shares intact producing and profitable gold mining company. Why?????

Big interests benefits and the little guy loses out. Looks like it.

But there is luxor's 2012 open letter to minority shareholders to get out of it. In other words Luxor can't do the ruinous NGN merger to CRK, minority shareholders and the maximum benefit of them going forward. It’s illegal!!!!
https://www.newswire.ca/en/story/922775/luxor-capital-group-issues-open-letter-to-shareholders-of-crocodile-gold

It’s not only illegal but hurts the benefit and interest of CRK and shareholders, majority and minority alike. It’s stupid and willingly stupid as well as illegal.

It’s saying that little companies like CRK and little shareholders like minority shareholders of little companies like CRK, are not allowed to win big. It’s not fiduciary or not legally and mandatedly looking out for the best interest of the company.
