SInce how in the heck can an empty nothing shell such as NGN or putting CRK into it, save anyone if a strong gold era doesn't come back.
It is only a strong gold era coming back that can save gold stocks.
However CRK is a bonafide gold company ready to capitalize on a strong gold era coming back because it is a producing gold company.
NGN can't capitalize on it because it is a shell, which is little more than a shovel in the ground with so called bragging rights and cheerleading rights, about the shovel in the ground.
Consolidating CRK's shares and putting them in the empty shell of a company NGN, does not make a strong gold era come back. It just destroys CRK and our shares, with promise to destroy them over again when merge more gold companies into the now not so empty nothing of a shell company NGN.
But the new formulation of the NGN company keeps destroying the transitioned shares of CRK in NGN. It doesn't get a strong gold era to return and it doesn't help CRK or CRK's minority shareholders.
