The revenue increase ( about 150 Mills. ) about 85 perecnt of 2020's total, wipes out the small net loss (18 Mil..) and instantly - after closing - makes this a large profitable company in a very fast growing needed business. Price paid seems very fair when adding in the payment of only one million shares, which will be worth about 6.1 million $$, ( my guess) when they pay up in two months! ( plus the small cash payment )

Looking at their presentation, looks like they purchased the largest competitor they had.
Puts them in full control of this market in Canada.
